This Le Dauphin De Guiraud has a medium gold colour, notes of lemon, lime, peach, apricot, mushroom, oak, honey, marmalade, and a nice hit of botyris, these flavours are similar to the palate, however the palate has much less of the citrus and much more of the botrytis. It has a medium plus sweetness, nothing to strong but you can still tell the residual sugar is there, this residual sugar leads to a medium plus body. The medium plus acidity really helps cut through the sugar making it taste less sweet than it truly is.
