Shipping & Delivery

Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states:

Alabama
Arkansas
Delaware
Kentucky
Maryland
Massachusetts
Mississippi
Montana
New Jersey
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
South Dakota
Utah

We currently do not ship internationally.

All orders processed by 4pm will be shipped the next day via UPS. We do not ship over the weekend or on federal holidays.

In order to make sure your bottles don’t sit in extreme weather conditions, we will hold your order until it can be safely delivered. This may include holding it over a weekend to insure that your package will not sit in a warehouse for that time, as UPS does not perform regular delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. If you are willing to risk the weather, we will ship your order at your own risk, but we will not assume responsibility for the condition of your products.

All orders will be appropriately packaged in reinforced, padded boxes. We will not ship in original external packaging (original wholesale delivery case).

Shipping prices are determined by standard UPS rates. We do not profit off of shipping costs.

All deliveries must be signed for by persons 21 years of age or older. No delivery can be made to anyone under the age of 21. If no one of age is present for delivery, two additional attempts will be made to deliver the package. After this, the package will be sent back to us at which point we will notify you of the return. If you do not want the package resent, we will refund the cost of the order less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Privacy & Security

Court Square Wine respects your right to the privacy of the personal information you provide us on our website. To that end, unless you designate otherwise or we state otherwise in this policy or at the time information is collected, any personal information you provide Court Square Wine will be known only to two parties: you and us. The following policy is intended to explain how your personal information will be treated as you make use of our site and its features. Personal information includes your name, street and email addresses, billing information, click-through activity and any other personal information you may provide here.

This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

Traffic Data

Each time a visitor comes to Court Square Wine, our server—like most on the Web—collects some basic technical information, including, for example, the visitor's domain name (e.g., whether the user is logged on from aol.com or earthlink.net, etc.), and browser and platform type (e.g., an Internet Explorer browser on a Windows 7 computer).

We also count, track and aggregate the visitor's activity into an analysis of general traffic flows at our site (e.g. tracking where traffic comes from, how traffic flows about visitors and visits into group data).

Use of Cookies

Court Square Wine assigns “cookies” to your web browser. Cookies are small text files that allow a website to remember who a visitor is and therefore not require them to type in personal information over and over again.

Newsletters/Email

After signing up to receive a Court Square Wine newsletter by email, users will start receiving these announcements on a regular basis. We collect subscribers' email addresses in order to distribute those newsletters. Users can choose to unsubscribe from Court Square Wine newsletters at any time by following the “Unsubscribe” instructions found at the bottom of each email.

Other Disclosure of Personal Information

Court Square Wine will not otherwise use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us with any requests for returns. We are unable to accept returns except on spoiled products. If the contents are spoiled, keep the liquid intact, put the cork back in, and send it back for inspection. We cannot take returns on empty bottles. Refunds will be issued less shipping fees.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email with information on when it will become available. You are welcome to wait for the product to arrive, replace it with another item, or remove it from the order. We will adjust the total payment accordingly.

Ordering

The packing and delivery process begins very quickly after orders have been placed, therefore, any changes to your order must be made as soon as possible.

Orders cannot be modified once shipping has taken place, so if your items have not yet been shipped, you may make adjustments to your order by contacting us immediately at “info at courtsquarewine.com” or 718-707-9911.

Cancellation of orders must take place before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations after delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee and all delivery fees upon return of the product.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards or debit cards for transactions. All payments must be accepted and made in full before a delivery is made.

Any sales are valid until the date specified and are subject to change without notice.

Orders from New York State currently receive a 5% discount.

Viewing Orders

You can view orders by logging into your account at our customer login page by clocking “My Account” on the upper right of the page. From there, you can view past and pending orders.

Updating Account Information

Account information can be updated after logging into your account by clicking the “My Account” button on the top right of the page. From there, you can make adjustments to your shipping and billing addresses, contact information, password, and newsletter status. You can also view previous orders, reviews you’ve made, grape points you’ve accumulated, and more!
